About
The Total Operator Challenge is a new competitive sport that blends marksmanship, fitness, and fieldcraft into one integrated test of capability. It’s designed to measure what really matters under pressure: thinking clearly, moving efficiently, and solving problems in real time.
Competitors navigate a series of stages that simulate real‑world tactical demands—shooting from awkward positions, carrying loads, negotiating terrain, and making decisions while fatigued. Every stage rewards accuracy, adaptability, and composure, not just raw speed or brute strength. It rewards those who can assess their strengths and weaknesses
At its core, TOC is about building and showcasing complete operators: disciplined, capable individuals who can be assets in any environment. It’s part sport, part proving ground, and part community—uniting people who value skill, resilience, and service.
In short:
TOC is where tactical skill meets athletic grit, and where everyday people prove they can think, move, and act like true operators.
